SMTP not working

Hi all,

I have OTRS 3.3.3 installed in winserv2k8 with dedicated SQL 2012 backend.

I cant seem to get the SMTP to work, I have all the Perl modules installed as SMTP, SMTPS and SMTPTLS are available, our mail host is Office 365, when setting up the SMTP, I have entered the details as well as the SSL port, but get the following error when trying to reply on a ticket:

I have setup a relay account as well but still get the same error, I have tried all the ports available as well as all the SMTP configs, i.e. SMTP, SMTPS, and so forth.

Any advise will be appreciated.

Problem solved, relay was not permitted on that account.
