how to update OTRS with ITSM from 3.1.7 to 3.3.2
Hello this is my first post, but i need your help, i have installed Otrs and ITSM version 3.1.7 and I would like to upgrade at the last versiom

First upgrade to 3.2.x (https://github.com/OTRS/otrs/blob/rel-3_2/UPGRADING.md), then to 3.3.x (https://github.com/OTRS/otrs/blob/rel-3_3/UPGRADING.md)

I have successfully upgraded the OTRS Helpdesk from 3.2 to .3.3. I would also like to upgrade the ITSM modules (ITSMCore, GeneralCatalog, etc). Are there any instructions on how to go about this. Previously I would delete the modules and reinstall new ones as I they had no data (development environment).

It's enough to just install the new versions... You can get them from http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/itsm/packages33/ (you could also add that URL as a Repository in the SysConfig)

Actually when you add the URL as a repository the install ITSM modules give you the option to upgrade rather than reinstall. Worked without a problem.
