Hello,
We are using OTRS 3.2.9 on a SQL 2012 backend via IIS.
We have noticed that if a customer sends an email with an attachment to OTRS, the auto response that is immediately sent back to the customer includes the original attachments the customer sent. Is there any way to disable this?
