Tickets visibility

Hi,

I had a customer with username 'guest' . Now I switched to another (new) customer and tickets from old customer are still visible in customer interface when I login as 'guest'! Expectation was 0 ticket, as this customer was newly created. Please Help!

I am not using a different user name. Is it possible to do this with the same user name? I mean with the email if possible?

Are you looking under Company Tickets, or searching? Are the customer ids identical in this case?

customerIDs are not same. Ya I am looking in company tickets as well as searching.

This can only be the case, in these parts of the system, when the customerid is the same, or you are using customer IDs. Otherwise try
