Error trying to divide the so-called (Invalid JSON).

Good afternoon staff,

I'm having a problem when I try to split the OTRS some ticket. Always when you click Sharing, the browser (IE, Firefox and Chrome) return the following error:

Invalid JSON from: / otrs / index.pl?


From what I researched, there seems to have some code with system configuration, however, never wiggled it and I who manage. Any idea?


Version: 3.1.10
Server hosting the service runs Ubuntu.
