i don't want to receive notifications from X queue

Hi!

I have 2 queues X and Y. Agent A works in X (and receives notifications of that queue) and agent B in Y (he reiceves notifications from Y queue). A and B unfortunately share one email address.
I want B may work in X too, but I don't want he receives notifications and auto replies from that queue.

I've tried just putting B in X, but the notifications come twice because A e B share one mail address and the queue's administration.
How to let B work in X without receive notifications and auto replies (but he must continue receiving notifications from Y)?

edit: I've found the solution. I create 2 group, agent A and B have all permissions on that. The queue X in in group 1, Y in 2. In the agent settings, for the agent A "my queues" is X and for B is Y. They receive notifications only by their queues, but can manage tickets of the other queue because of group's permissions.
