Field/Trip/Distance -field in Ticket

Hi,

I am looking help to add new field on ticket. That field should be like time but it's for distance. When someone need to go customer he can add that that travel in time or/and the length to that field.

Like this:
100 km or 1 hour.

And when Agent close ticket it will calculate those fields and show summary. Like that ticket Time-field.
