It's my first post here and I've got a question.
I'm using OTRS 3.3.2 and authenticating customers via LDAP.
I'm wondering is it possible to use some values from fields from LDAP in ACLs?

Yes, you can use Frontend variables (UserMyField) in ACLs
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
