Hi everybody,we have the following strange situation:
We have several customers in our instalation and several groups. Recently,we have noticed that one of the groups loses the permissions assigned continuously.
It's not possible an error human, because we take off all the admin profile (except one) and it occurs again.
Maybe it's an automatic process but we didn't know how identifying it.
Please, someone could help me out
Thank you all in advance

Re: Lost permission Customers-Groups
First of all, thank you very much for your quick answer to my post.
We are using OTRS version 3.2.8, that we upgraded from 3.1 one year ago. Since then the system is on function without incidents.
In the past days (5-6 days) the problem is we link customers to groups but they disappear in a while. We check access to groups for some customers, later on we access again and it was unchecked themselves.
We think it has to be an automatic process or something like this, because only occurs for a single group and it's the firs time it happen. We didn't change anything on the configuration.
We reviewed cron tasks and we only have the standar task.
We also, reseted cache memory and executed the scripts:
sudo /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.RebuildConfig.pl
sudo /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.DeleteCache.pl
But, it happens the same again.
Any clue would be very useful.

Re: Lost permission Customers-Groups
Hello again,
We check the config files Defaults.pm & Config.pm, but there's nothing wrong.
It's very strange, so today we are going to restart the server to clean any data on memory, logs, and so on.
