Auto Reply to particular static email and not the original

Greetings all,

We have been running OTRS 3 for a year now. I have tried my best to learn from the documents and learn as much as I can and have been partially successful.
There is this case in our organization for a client where in we need certain specific configuration and need to know if it is possible.

Use Case:

1. OTRS fetches email from an address and creates a ticket out of it.
2. Instead of sending auto reply to the one who sent the email, the reply is sent to statically configured email address. Auto responses to all the tickets in this queue should be sent to this statically configured email address
3. Is this possible?

turn off autoreply for the queue

This could be an agent who has the queue highlighted in "My Queues" and Notifications Yes in the agent's preferences
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

No No. I mean I want to send the auto reply to an email which is not an agent and not to the one who actually raised a ticket.
If this cant be done, is it possible to add an email address in CC list to all the auto replies for a particular queue?
