HI all

we are face some issue OTRS 3.3.3 Event notification.

1 .Notification Management:
Edit Notification
name :Test Notification
Event
ticket create
ticket filter
state : new open:
Notification:
subject and body added some text
Recipient
all agents
2 .Loin customer portal created new ticket and ticket added attachment
3. agent email notification got only text no attachment

4 . if we are change event as article create that time text and attachment trigger agent email box but looping going on same email triggering

5 how to solving event notification with attachment trigger mail??

only article create does send the attachments, this is correct.
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

correct , but same event notification trigger continually to going on loop. :( :( :( :shock: :shock:

it would only loop if you receive emails sent out by the module which is a misconfiguration

We've already told you:
1) you don't need to be creating the Notification Event
2) at least one of your recipients (Agents) has an email address that is the same one as what OTRS uses to create tickets

But you said your implementation of OTRS doesn't fetch emails

But article create happens when you create articles, like when you send a message that an article has been created.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
