OTRS requirements by client

HI Team,

We have some queries from a client who would like to implement OTRS om premises.

I would be glad if you could provide us information if the following questions asked by the client are "Fully Compliant"

1. Software architecture must be based on Microsoft .Net framework.

2. Software architecture must support messaging and middleware standards based on Microsoft .Net Frameworks.

3. Ability to provide a "suggestion box" for soliciting feedback on process and interface

4. Ability to integrate chat to support self-service usage

5. Ability to support a variety of search methodologies, including metadata, fuzzy searching, hierarchical/drill-downs, cross-references, attribute queries, category, Web and file system external library searches, and to utilize natural language and proper stemming, and Boolean search methodology

6. Ability to provide a list of "top 10" common FAQs searched, with automated updates based on update rules

7. Ability to integrate with different systems in

Infor (maintenance System)

Sharepoint (Intranet Portal)

Enterprise Service Bus (product to be Determined)

8. Software architecture must support messaging and middleware standards based on Microsoft .Net Frameworks.
