E-Mail Settings, Fresh installation

Hello everyone,

i'm new to OTRS.
i just installed OTRS v3.3 with Oracle DB
during installation (web installer) i tried to configure the email settings but it failed so i skipped it.
now i'm trying to do this from Admin GUI via "Mail Account Management" page but i gives the below error

ORA-01861: literal does not match format string (DBD ERROR: error possibly near <*> indicator at char 221 in 'INSERT INTO mail_account (login, pw, host, account_type, valid_id, comments, queue_id, imap_folder, trusted, create_time, create_by, change_time, change_by) VALUES (:p1, :p2, :p3, :p4, :p5, :p6, :p7, :p8, :p9, '<*>2014-01-26 11:58:18' , :p10, '2014-01-26 11:58:18' , :p11)'), SQL: 'INSERT INTO mail_account (login, pw, host, account_type, valid_id, comments, queue_id, imap_folder, trusted, create_time, create_by, change_time, change_by) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, '2014-01-26 11:58:18' , ?, '2014-01-26 11:58:18' , ?)'

can any one help with this issue
