hi everyone

. In Support Assessment on admin panel i got info: Check if the system uses mod_headers.
You should enable mod_headers.

My question is what I should do to enable mod headers and where I can find it.

What version of OTRS? What OS? How did you install? Did you search for otrs mod_headers? Did you try anything related to what you found?

Ok so version of OTRS is 3.3.3 I install this on ubuntu 12.04 LTS. Yes i search for mod_headers and i change options in SysConfig in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::ToolBarModule, one guy in this forum give me that advice, but i still have "Check if the system uses mod_headers. You should enable mod_headers." on Support Assessment.

mod_headers is an apache module. so you have to enable it in your apache config
