Try a look on KIX4OTRS product

I finally did, it is great, have some issues but are quite good. My local test installation is using it. My production system is on 3.3.3 at the moment, but the latest supported one for the KIX4OTRS are 3.2.12 Anyone know when KIX4OTRS are updated to support the 3.3 series?

Anyone tried to 'fix' the OPM package so that it installs and have it work? I've asked the guys behind http://www.cape-it.de/all-versions.html if they have a rough estimate, but have not seen a reply as of now.

KIX4OTRS 6.0.x (for OTRS 3.3.x) will be released in February 2014 -so quite soon
