Hi,
I am trying to Due Date field Mandatory for Particular one Queue.How Can i do it. I am using OTRS version 3.2.11 & ITSM 3.2.9.

You can't. You can look at this thread for some hints but if you don't understand what you're doing, just understand that it's not something that can be done in stock OTRS.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
