The selected end time is later than the allowed end time

Hi,
I'm using OTRS 3.1.8 and I've got a problem that rised with the new year.
If aI search a ticket, that I know that exists(because I found it into the db), that hass been created after 01/01/2014 it doesn't give me any result. And the same happens using Statistics module, when I run one of my stat filtering for tickets created after 2014 nit gives me this error:
(maximal period from 01/01/2012 00:00:00 to 12/31/2013 23:59:59) and The selected end time is later than the allowed end time!


What can I do?

It seems like you're looking for > 2 years at a time and the system is balking at that.

thanks for your fast answer, but I'm using a filter on the closing date that is only of one month between 01/01/2014 and 31/01/2014. It gives me the same error.

It might be that you're looking at the dates from your (European?) perspective d-m-y and not from (perhaps) US perspective m-d-y

But under the parameter of the date in says '(maximal period from 01/01/2012 00:00:00 to 31/12/2013 23:59:59)', maybe it's a bad configuration.

I'm sorry for the slow response. I can't reverse engineer enough information on this.

Somehow, it feels like the stats were originally built upon a specific two year window, which was fixed/saved when the stat was created. You might be able to edit or recreate (?) the base stat so the window is changed?
