I have installed the OTRS 3.3 appliance. Is there a way to customize the customer self-registration interface on the appliance? I find that the other versions do provide a procedure as outline on the documentation below but I am unable to locate the procedure for the Appliance. The appliance appears to using Postgresql, but the documentation steps use MySql.

I have tried following the steps on the docs but they do not work on the appliance. I can get as far as customizing the web interface and mapping them, but unable to create the fields in the user table in the OTRS database as described in the docs.
Can anyone shed any light on this.
Thanks!
