Hello guys,
I have a problem with one of my records for Customer Company. It basically has the following format of XX XXXX & XXXXX.
When I click on it it when I'm in TicketZoom, I am forwarded to a different account (only the first part of the name XX XXXX, the last after the & sign is missing) which is not present at Customer Company administration.
Take a look at the screenshot below, Customer ID = Customer Company
I've noticed that I can see 1 open case under certain account, but it shows 0 under Open Tickets
