Hi OTRS'!
Have any of you done and integration between OTRS and PagerDuty? I'm about to go that route now. What we will do is the following:
Nagios -> OTRS -> PagerDuty
So If any of you have used the System Monitoring plug-in I would be happy to learn from you as well.
If anyone is interested I'll post how we do the integration here if you like.
