OTRS no fetch mail automatic

Hi, i configure in /opt/otrs/var/cron the files fetchmail, fectmail.dist, generic agent, postmaster, postmaster.dist, postmaster_mailbox, postmaster_mailbox.dist but nothing I always have to go to Manage -> Postmaster Mail Account and there FechMail run and newly arriving mail, the version that I have is the 3.1, Someone could help me, please
