Remove Installed rpm file

Hi,

I am trying to update OTRS, but when I run .rpm command to update, 'This package is already installed' message appears. But On frontend, It is showing the old version and recommending to update. Is there any command by which I can uninstall this update??

what version is installed?

what command did you try (include the rpm file name)

I was upgrading to 3.3.4. and command was:
rpm -Uvh otrs-3.3.4.-01.rpm
