Upgrade from 3.1.11 to 3.3.4

Upgrade from 3.1.11 to 3.3.4

I am running 3.1.11 on Windows (Apache and MySQL), and wish to upgrade to 3.3.4.

I have a DB dump, and export of sysconfig. What is the proper upgrade path? I've read that I have to upgrade to every release. Can someone please explain the guidelines for upgrading??

3.1.x -> 3.2.latest -> 3.3.latest

Thanks...I upgraded to 3.2.10, then 3.3.4....all is well!!
