hello
I have two questions:
- How to send messages with attachments in my inbox by the notification ?? I use <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[6]> but it does not take into account attachments
- I created a notification event for a customer . but they do not retrieve messages that the client sent me. Here my parametrage:
* Event: Article create
* Ticket filter: Open/
* Article filter: e-mail external/ customer
* recipient : the group
* subject : message
* text: ..... <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[16]> ....

Which OTRS release?
Have you added your attachment in the attachments part of OTRS admin, and then selected the correct one on your autoresponse/template?
OTRS 6.0.12 on Ubuntu with MySQL DB, and various plug-ins and a hack or two

I used OTRS 3.3.2
In fact, my is when the customer send un message with attachements i receive the message but the attachement is not appear in my inbox.

It is intended that you work from OTRS interface as an agent instead of via email anyway. I doubt there's provision to include customer-email-attachments for that reason.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
