Hi all,
I'm trying to figure out a way for one of our managers to get emailed the full ticket history with all customer notes when the ticket is closed. I saw the list of notification tags in the OTRS FAQs but can't seem to find one that will output the entire history of the ticket. It only seems to output the last note of the customer.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
