Hi,
i currently working on a update for the iOtrs IOS App and wanted to ask the community on what features you want to see on my Mobile OTRS App next? ( https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/iotrs-m ... ?mt=8&uo=4 )
What is already in for the next Version update is Push Messages from your OTRS Server.
I am open for any wishes or ideas on what you want to see in the upcoming versions?

I already modified this installation procedure for the next Version. In the next Version (Availible soon) the patching is not longer neccaccery - i built a own OTRS Module which delivers the additional functionality for iOtrs and can be installed in the "OTRS" way of installing additional modules.
Obviously I will provide a GitHub project with it.
