We recently upgraded to OTRS version 3.3.4 and now when replying to tickets using chrome the Reply and Reply All drop downs don't launch the reply window. They are populated and allow selection but when clicked do nothing. I've made sure the pop up blocker and adblock plus were both disabled but still nothing. I've searched but cannot find anything regrading a fix for this issue so I ask, is anyone experiencing this issue?
If there's a fix please let me know otherwise where is the code that generates those drop downs? I would like to change them to be simple buttons instead.
Thanks in advance,
Scott

Re: Change reply drop down to button
the dropdown is used because you need to select the response template. Check if you assigned response templates to the queues

Re: Change reply drop down to button
@jojo, thanks for the response. I should have mentioned that the drop downs do work in Firefox and Internet Explorer but not Chrome. Just for the sake of verifying our configuration, where do I find the template setting you mentioned?
Sorry for being a newb,

@jojo - I found it,in the management window it's under Templates<>Queues. Only our postmaster box had a template selected. I checked all the boxes, hit apply and voila the reply drop downs work just like jojo said they would.
Thanks jojo!!
