Currently when a ticket is set to pending reminder when the pending time is reached the ticket is shown in the reminder tickets area in the dashboard.
After OTRS sends the ticket reminder notification to the Agent/s it is added as an article in the ticket and the ticket is changed to 'open'.
My questions is:
Is this ticket state change from "pending reminder" to "open" after the notification is send proper behavior? And if so, is there anyway to change this behaviour?

what version of OTRS?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
