KIX4OTRS vs OTRS
Can someone explain the big advantage of KIX4OTRS over otrs? I've installed it I just dont see much difference.

Have a read in the PDF included in the install. Some of the features needs enabling, so you don't see it as once. Duplicate agent, users and Ci items are also good features. Setting propagation of warning in the Ci framework as well.
OTRS 6.0.12 on Ubuntu with MySQL DB, and various plug-ins and a hack or two
