Hi,
I am using otrs 3.3. My problem is that I want to hide a particular ticket type from customer portal(customer.pl) whenerver it is used. for e.g: Overview, Search etc.
Is it possible to do this? and how can we do this?

As far as I know we can not use ACL to hide any particular ticket type in customer search window. I have done this by jquery. But I don't know how to hide a row in CustomerTicketOverview window with this particular ticket type. Could you please tell me? I am not sure if ACL could be used for this.
