Hi there,
I would like to know how can I allow some users to reply to some tickets in a specific queue but not to create new tickets on this queue?
I would like to create a queue for developers to assign tickets to them (and for statistical purposes as well) but I wouldn't allow customers to create new tickets on this queue. However, I would like to allow customers to continue to see their tickets (when they have been moved into this queue) and to reply if necessary.
Is there a way do to it easily or should I use ACL for that?

ACL.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
