Migration - how to export and import tickets only ?

Hi there,

I cloned my prod server in order to perform some tests on it. I patched it from 3.3.1 to 3.3.4, installed ITSM and created new queues, customer users, company and groups. I haven't made any change on ITSM at this time.

Now, I would like to use this server as prod server. However some new tickets have been creating in the meanwhile.

I would like to import these tickets (or all off them), with contents (notes and replies), in my new OTRS server but I would like to keep my changes made.

How can I do that? I guess it is not enough to just delete, recreate and import the ticket table? Which tables need to be imported or updated?

Is there an easy way to do it? Or maybe a module/add-on?

this is not possible. You have to migrate the old database and then do your modifications
