Settings button on Dashboard has no function

I have a fresh installation of the OTRS 3.3.4 with ITSM, FAQ, Jira Plugin.
Since a few days, the button for customizing the Column does not work any longer. I have no ideas, if I have accidently have changed a setting?
Any ideas ?
