Hi all,
We are planning to upgrade the otrs version otrs-3.1.11 to otrs-3.3.2. Currently, the system is running otrs-3.1.11 version.
If we upgrade directly otrs-3.1.11 to otrs-3.3.2 version, Is there any impact in the system. Please advice me!

actual version is 3.3.4

also, 3.1.x -> 3.2.latest -> 3.3.latest.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
