Issue in Migrating data

Hi,

we are using mysql 6.0 to migrate data in OTRS, in our old ticket system, data has values with HTML entities. for e.g: ü , ' etc. and it is showing on frontend like this in OTRS. Is there any way to fix this so that we can see the correct format on frontend?
