Hi All,
When I go to Status View > Closed Tickets, I can only see 10000 tickets. Is this the limit set somewhere? Can I increase this if possible? Not a blocker but just wanted to know.
And I hope that even if I am unable to see more than 10000 tickets in Status View > Closed tickets, those are still there in the database and searchable by agents if they need to.
