Hi,
We implement OTRS,
implement - Different type of ticket type
Issue - In case of specific 'Ticket Type' + New Email ticket, we require that email should not be sent to the customer on creating this type of ticket.
We don't want to add check on case of queue, is there is any possibility that we restrict mail to be sent in case of specific ticket type.
