External Email Tickets

I am setting up my first OTRS Helpdesk. I have been able to incorporate my active directory and email accounts. When I try to send an email from an external email it does not appear as a new ticket in the Queue view. I cannot see the email anywhere. What option or flag do I need to turn on to make external incomming emails be set as new tickets

You have to create the cronjob to fetch the mails from the mail account http://doc.otrs.org/3.3/en/html/manual- ... l#cronjobs

The cron job is working fine. It's taking all the mail. It's just not displaying emails from external domains

OTRS wouldn't know the difference unless you told it.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
