Otrs icons above menu

hello I got problem with icons, after I login in otrs on otrs/index.pl I don't see icons above menu. Menu I mean like dashbord, tickets, statystics, customers. What could be a problem and why i didn't see it ?

Hi!
Try to see here and enable icons you need. SysConfig in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::ToolBarModule :)

search for toolbar in sysconfig
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

is there also a toolbar for Customers?

something like "create new ticket" icon for customers?
