Hi,
OTRS 3.3.5
how can i unlock ticket on close. for now when i close a ticket it stays locked and i can see it all the time when clicking on the lock icon at the top of the page.
i want the ticket to be unlocked right away when i close the ticket not with GenericAgent scheduling.
Possible?

Should already do that.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
