Problems with Replies

After upgrading to 3.3.5 from 3.3.4 rich text editor no longer works in replying to customer tickets, it shows the code and not the email.

delete caches, rebuild config, restart apache, delete browser caches.

i did that, didnt help

i have to fix permissions after rebuildconfig to chown apache:apache instead of otrs. to get it to render viA apache

the only thing in httpd error log is

did you reinstall the KIX package after update?

it was kix. 6.0.1 jacks up otrs
