Hello,
Our agents add the time spent on each ticket/note so a ticket with 5 articles will have some number in time spent entered for each article.
I want to run a report report which will show
Agent name | ticket | time spent
Was not very successful in the stats module

Hi,
at least you should activate Stats::UseAgentElementInStats parameter in sysConfig Framework -> Frontend::Agent::Stats
Then you may use "accounted time" attribute for your purposes.
