ckeditor issues

Hi all,

I have a bit of a strange question: my colleagues told me that every once in a while (it is not clear if there is a pattern here) the RichText editor in OTRS (ckeditor) becomes unusable because it will take several seconds for a typed character to appear or for any keyboard event to be reflected in the editor's display. Unfortunately, I do not know how to provoke this behavior myself and thus I can't reproduce it. Also, according to my colleagues, it doesn't follow any pattern that might allow to trace the problem. I should note that the mentioned colleagues are software developers and thus they should at least be able to recognise a pattern for when the problem arises but nothing so far. The problem was seen in both Firefox and Google Chrome. I thought that maybe replying to a long email (with many quoted replies) may trigger the issue but again I did not experience it myself in my tests. Thus, my question: did you possibly witness the behavior yourself or can you give me hints how to reproduce it. I should mention that we haven't done any customization on the editor and we use the default settings.
