OTRS Salution and Signature

Hello i got question Is there any way to create queue without Salution and Signatures ?
I need to create template to respond client message but without salution, and signature.
Or with empty Salution and empty Signature.

Create blank salutation and signature and apply those to new queue.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.
