Conflicts error while installing ITSM Packeges

I Installed OTRS of 3.2.11 and trying to install ITSM packages 3.2.94 and throwing this error

Please find the error below.
Help me in solving ,

Open your eyes and read the error message carefully:

Sorry, can't install/upgrade package, because the framework version required by the package (3.3.x;) does not match your Framework (3.2.3)

The 3.2.9x version is the beta of the ITSM 3.3.!

Hi,

Done with the ITSM Package installtion.
Here ITSM Package was recent version , so it was giving the error.
Installed ITSM package 3.2.2 and got worked
