Dear Friends,
Is there any way to restrict creation of tickets on per customer basis ? like my management wants only one ticket to be created per customer at any time. There is no limit on the number of tickets but just new ticket only after old has been closed. Means only one active ticket per customer. Is this possible. Thanks alot.
