OTRS Cluster Environment

I would like to find out if anyone has attempted to install otrs on cluster environment on two servers each running web, database servers?

If not, is it theoretically possible to deploy such an environment?

there are several types of cluster setups. Can you explain your idea in a more detailled way.

For a working setup you need a special OTRS cache module.
