IE 11 Problem

hallo
ich nutze otrs3.3.5 auf Debian
nun hab ich folgendes Problem beim einlogen in der otrs Startseite bekomme ich den fehler
Namespace.Core.UI.AdvancedChart could not be initialized, because ncd3 could not be found.
auch wenn ich im ie11 dem kompatibitäts modus aktiviere klappt es nicht.
beim firefox geht alles easy.

kann jemand helfen ?

hast Du migriert? Evtl. sind alte Java Scripts in der Sysconfig.
Ein otrs.RebuildConfig.pl haste mal gemacht?


Was heisst Startseite? Im Dashbaord? Oder Login Screen?

mit startseite meine ich die login seite nicht das dashboard. und ich hab
# bin/otrs.RebuildConfig.pl
# bin/otrs.DeleteCache.pl
ausgeführt ... gerade noch einmal ... kein erfolg

das log zeigt nichts aussagekräftiges.

kann jemand helfen ? soll ich nochmal die aktuelle version updaten ? mit Datenbank update ?

warum zeigt firefox das problem nicht ?

das ändern des kompatibitäts modus im ie unter extras/einstellung der kom... bringt keine hilfe. oder was meinst du?

dieser Fehler ist ein reiner Browserfehler der üblicherweise durch den Kompatibiitätsmodus (eingeschaltet) hervorgerufen wird.
