Hi,
When I create a new ticket in otrs, if I leave owner and responsible fields blank, it automatically set these fields as login user. How can I remove these changes??

you cn not, as the agent performing the action is the last agent who worked on this ticket. But the ticket is not logged so the other team members can work on it

means I cannot disable this functionality? Could you please tell me if these fields are blank, could it possible to assign owner and responsible to a particular agent??
