seperate projects for a customer

hey,

is there a opportunity to assign a project to a customer?
simple example:
I've got one customer with one customerID. for this customer i've got the project "upgrade windows xp to windows 7" and another project "standard", and in 5 years I got the project "update windows 7 to windows 8.5"..
now I want to see all the tickets I've made for the project in an specifically folder...

any idea, how to handle this?
